Everyone, I would probably feel like an idiot after taking the cylinder off and taking it to a company to get it fixed. I say this based on the information I got here as well as from Kubota. I was told the fitting could be unscrewed and replaced to it was welded and could not be serviced, resulting in having to buy a new cylinder. Even Kubota said it was not serviceable.
Well let me tell you what the truth is; referring to the attached photo. The fitting is indeed welded into the cylinder. However, there is a screw on fitting (silver color in pic). When you remove this screw, you will find an o-ring. Mine was bad which caused the leak. Hopefully, this will help someone having the same problem.
