Thank you to everyone who helped with this problem. Yankee Clipper solved it by leading me to the correct valve to adjust, but I think everyone else would have come to that conclusion eventually. Changing the filter was a smart idea.I noticed on the old hydraulic filter it said it was only 300 hours since last change. What I didn't see on the other side of the filter was that 300 hours was spread over 5 years. The oil was very dirty with alot of metal dust stuck to the magnets.
