can i put a 402 kubota loader on a b7610, i would like to get more lift height, anyone any suggestions on other compatiable higher reaching loaders.

Anything is possible, but it would probably be cheaper to get the size tractor you need.

would there not also be hazards to over-speccing a tractor? Too high, too large, too heavy?

I'd recommend a tractor swap! Kubota designed the loaders to match the tractors and if they thought it was a good idea, they probably would have put it on there themselves!

Maybe Barlow's still have JohnThomas' B3200. He only had like 30-40 hours on it when he traded it.

Loader height does kinda suck on the LA272/LA352 loaders, doesn't it (I have a B7610 w/ LA352 too). My B7100 had a Woods DuAl 145 loader which could lift to 84", while my B7601's LA352 is a pethetic 69".
