Price Check Kubota M5400 price

I may put up for sale my '97 M5400 Kubota. It is 2 wheel drive, 275 hours, aluminum canopy, brush guard, stored inside, perfect condition. I think I will ask $12,800. Does this sound like a fair price? I have a tractor price guide but it is 3 years old. Thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions.

the only comparison i can give you is the price i was quoted for a new M4800, with fel; $18,000...considering the fel at $3800; sounds like your offering a pretty good deal..to bad your not closer..
