i am looking at a kubota m9000 with 200Hours on it, it has a shuttle shift system and a turbo diesel, the owner wants 27,000, is this a fair price?

Need more information. Is it MFWD, does it have a Cab, a Front End Loader, how many hydraulic remotes etc?
