yep...I've bought a RTV and the M9540 from him in the last two years. He was pretty good to me both times. I hope I don't have to buy anything else for a while!

Glad you got him out but it didnt look too bad. No mud on the frame so it wasnt too deep. I got stuck in an area that had been backfilled with mud dug from a pond clean out a year or so earlier and front axles were under the mud, fenders on the ground and bush hog setting in the mud. Luckily a big 310 JD backhoe was nearby to pull me out. It was likely similar scenario as your friend where it was hard on top, but when it fell thru, it was gone past the axles. Nothing scarier than tilt to one side like that..
