I saw this tractor along the road last week, (looks to be a Kubota B8200) must have just happened than. (didn't have the camera that day) Went by this morning and it was still there. From as far as I can figure out, the owner must have been plowing the driveway to the house on top of the hill. I guess he got a little closer to the edge than he would have liked! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Must have been one heck of a ride! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif The hill is quite steep and there is at least a 150' drop! Last week you could see his marks thru the trees! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif As it sits now the plow is wedged into the bottom of the hill pretty good, and I don't think the front tires are touching the ground. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I hope he had his seat belt on!

Von:

Did ya check the seat cover to see if he tore a hole in it with a major pucker factor! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I can imagine why it hasnt moved. After a ride like that Im sure the owner is a little saddle shy...and maybe a bit beat up (even if he was belted in).

Did you check the other side of the road in case he wasn't wearing his seatbelt? I imagine with a ride like that it could have launched him across the road.

We joke about what happened, but there is a possibility that he was hurt when this happened and that is why the tractor remains where it came to rest.

I'll bet that was one heck of a ride! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I hope whoever took the ride is ok...

Sorry guys, But I don't know anything more than its still by the side of the road stuck! We are in for a heavy snow in the next 48 hrs. (12"+) so I'll have to see if it moves or not. I have seen an older gentlemen riding it in the past, just hope he wasn't hurt going down that hill.
