Kubota MX5100 - Started running rough, will start but runs rough, then dies.

Also, I found a part that's leaking fuel. Not sure if the problem and the leak is related. I'm not sure what part this is.

Any thoughts on the running rough / not staying running problem? Has fuel. All filters changed about 10 hours ago.

Any help is much appreciated!
