Which one is best?? It would be on a 3130 or a 3430 Kubota.

I tried out a different brand FEL on a 3130 that the dealer had sitting there and went with the Kubota brand. The hydraulics operated much more quickly, especially dump, and that's what I was more intersted in. I think it was a Woods. The quick-connects on the Kubota FEL hoses weren't as hidden either, which makes removal just a little bit easier.

I have a Woods on my Kubota and zero problems. The dealer suggested the Woods over the Kubota, they felt it was a better FEL, with more capacity as a lower cost. I went with their recommendation.

I have NO experience with a Kubota FEL but from what I gather they are great too.

The Kubota LA723 is a good choice for either.

Whenever I see a post asking which loader to purchase. I give a link to these 2 threads.
When is rear ballast needed with a FEL?
Goodbye M246, hello 7308!
When it comes to FEL's I would select the manufactures FEL over an after market. As the fellow in the above posts. You could be caught between dealer, tractor manufacture and FEL manufacture over who should fix the problem. It should not be the customer.

I have the Woods 1016 loader on my L3130 witha 72" bucket.
This is a very good fit to the tractor. I usually have a 65" Woods boxblade on back for ballast via a speedco QH.

Had to make the same decision last week. Although the Woods had a little more lifting power and the dealer tried to steer me towards it, I opted for the 723. Both are fine loaders, but I wanted to keep my tractor Kubota. It works great. If you plan on doing a lot of loader work, I would spend the extra money on the HD round back bucket.
Best of luck.

I did too. That's why I ordered the Kubota loader. What would you think when the Kubota labeled, orange painted loader you ordered had steel "Woods Equipment Co." labels neatly riveted on?

You know if you ever have any troubles the best loader to have is the one made for the tractor. You see this way no one can point fingers. Me personnally I would stay with the Kubota. Even if Woods made the one for Kubota I would stay with the one that said Kubota on it. If you go with the Woods and something happens to your tractor, it is so easy for Kubota to say, well yeah you put a loader not recomended for the tractor. That's what you get for as one of my kids use to say!!
