Did the person that I suggested to you not try to help resolve the problems? He is at the top of the totem pole!!!!

( You buying? If I can get rid of it without taking a bath because of Kubota screwing me for being one of the first ones to take a chance on their product, I think I'll have to buy me a diesel HPX.

I'm not willing to take a big loss due to Kubota screwing me, but if I could get them to buy this thing back, I'd write it off to Kubota just being worthless on customer support and flee back to John Deere. I've had more issues with Kubota customer support in 2 years than I had with JD in 20 years.

They seem to make a quality product, but when there is no support behind the dealer, I have no use for them. This post is sort of a buyer's beware. If your dealer can't fix your problem, with Kubota, you are out of luck! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif )

Oh no I like my electric golf cart it gets great fuel mileage /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
I also don't have the acreage to support a fuel burner.

When I bought my tractor in 03 I had issues with my dealer and when I contact Kubota, that same dealer could not get out here fast enough. Now I have an RTV and when I asked what the warrenty period was , dealer said 1 year but Kubota was being leanent on that cause it was very new and they want to treat people right.

I must agree with you. There CS sucks when I called from home. So I called at work one day and told them my name and where I work, /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif, within 15 seconds I had the head of the small tractor div....all this since I was a little upset on the sticking hydro pedal.

I hate CS people.... nothing like reading from "boiler plate questions"....

Hmm,

Interesting, depressing note.

While I have not had any issues (other than fogging gauges) on my Kubota products I do feel there is a problem.

It seems that something is amiss between the dealerships and Kubota. I have had to constantly alert the dealer as to the recalls and gauges. Guess where most of my information comes from.

Now if I did not have access to TBN where would I get my recall information from?

The dealerships need to be on top of these things. I cannot imagine what service would be like if I was NOT informed or educated on the product.

I stopped ordering gauges, because I knew they were NOT fixed. The dealer seems to just make a service run to fix the gauges, in the long term, this costs THEM money.

Where is the disconnect, MY dealer? Seems to be a few MY dealers around.
