Kubota RTV X900 To build a reciveing Winch Plate on the front Rtv

I wood like to build a winch plate on the Kubota's bumper or hitch mount to haul skid out some logs, Keeping in mine that I 'm putting on a warn 8000 on the front . I need a plan that will address one that the winch can be moved to the rear if possible. Two have the cable come up to the top of the plate out a pulley like the woods winch on a tractor, this to keep the log up while skidding out . Three strong enough not to bend the plate under the weight of the log I'm hauling out . The log no long 12-16tf 12" in diameter . if larger the 12"diameter plan to cut the log shorter. Don't know if this is at all possible . And knowing that much metal on the front might not be able to remove it to the rear hitch. One other thing do I or will I have to beef up the front suspension ?
Had a 6X4 gator with a 2500lbs warn winch and didn't do to bad in the woods . it was 14yrs old . The 8000lb warn is big do to a great deal . so I'm putting it to use. . This idea comes from just thought , not facts , so can it be done , or ??????????????????????

Why not use a hydraulic driven winch instead? I know at least some rtv models had hydraulic accessories available like a saw etc. The battery draw would likely be to high on an electric winch of that size.

I did think of that but already have the winch .
the aux hydraulic splitter for the back is about 1200-1300 dollars not to mention the winch and mount . Thanks . but I think I'll keep going . Cheers hamm8

Will a receiver hitch mount work? I have the hitches front and rear on the Ranger EV.

And the winch.

But have no need for it on the EV, since it fits on the back of the V417.

You might have an Idea, what is the hitch mount 2", 1"1/2, 1" 7/8 . The size of warn winch is compatible with mine M8000. If you look I have a large Mount top plate for the controller

. I'll confer with my nephew on the possible design.
