Kubota RTV400ci

Bed mat from dealer is a little less than $100.

The vibration is OK with me. I didn't notice that much.
I tried the JD XUV550 & RTV400 in the dealer shop. RTV400 has less vibrate than XUV550. It could be a bad XUV550 setup from the shop.

Picture of steering unit? Is this inside of the tool box trunk? I will take picture when I get in my ranch later.

No need on the steering unit. Since you cleared up the power steering question in the other thread, I'm sure they are the same. I edited my earlier post to remove my request, but you were too fast for me. :ashamed: :laughing:

My neighbor just bought a new RTV400 yesterday. I just test drove it, and found it too loud, and a jerky transmission. I'll stick with my RTV900XT, which is also too loud, but about the same as the 400. Overall, I was not impressed with that RTV400, although, it does reek of Kubota quality. It has a Subaru engine, which is a vibrator!!! I didn't inform my neighbor of my real opinion!

Just test drove a new Kubota RVT 400ci and am waiting for it to be finished up. Had a few extras put on it like a roof, windshield, etc. Seems like a great improvement from the golf cart we were using on the farm. I will let you know how it works and will post pictures once it gets to the farm to begins its new life!! Nice website for information.

ultrarunner - Apologize for the delay feedback. Retired, last day work 4/26/2013. Missed your post.

No accessories update, but have a new 1200 lb dump cart trailer & hauling rocks crazy. RTV 400ci has 75 hrs mark now. Very happy & no regrets so far. Looking for a winch.
Any recommendation for the winch & the mounting plate?

first of all, congratulations! It's a marvelous feeling.
my 400 is doing fine, going to start it today after sitting for almost two months, will
be interesting to see how the battery does. Had a neck operation...not exactly conducive to bouncing around
on the little UTV.

So I expect to hose it off, give it a towel dry, and use it for moving gear back and forth. Put a new concrete floor in my tractor/equipment shed
so everything had to come out. Now, thankfully, it can go back in. But the 400 lives in another barn anyway. Always wonder when the critters are going to start chewing on it...

leongs, watch your weights there, I don't think our model was made for the heavy lifting of the larger ones. I worry about the cvt burning up pulling heavy loads. ???
