I bought a new L3010 a couple of weeks ago yesterday, I sold my old Kubota and decided to purchase a FEL. They picked the tractor up last Tuesday, said it would be back on Friday...guess what? Friday came and no tractor, said it would be back on Tuesday (today) and you guessed it no tractor. I'm starting to wonder if I purchased from the right dealer or not. He was very helpful at first but now seems to care less about how good his service is. I called and they say they can't find out anything about the status of my tractor. Am I over reacting here or just anxious to play with my new toy? Has anyone else experienced this type of service from their dealers?
