Just got finished watching the Kubota prg on RFD. It was actually pretty boring. Didn't really learn much but entered to win a hat and a 3800....

Thanks for ruining it for me, I have not watched it yet:laughing:

Yeah, pretty lame. Not real impressed with those Kubota folks, either.

Kubota should have three job openings... not impressed by the show at all.

The Kubota reps seemed to be searching for words most of the time. No discussion on engines or features just styling and the cab size on the new 60 model. Then there is the residential zero turns with the LED lighting. Sure made a big deal out of the LED lights.

I tend to agree with the other members. It was quite a disappointment. Just my thoughts.

I didn't see the show, but the "Live Specials" on RFD-TV tend to be glorified infomercials; some better than others, but still infomercials.

Seemed about a lame as the JD one I saw last year covering the 1-series and some other new models. I found the host to be the weakest part of the show - seemed to be floundering on what to ask or bring up next. I thought the Kubota reps were OK, especially the guy that covered the 70 series sub-compacts. I"m sure anyone who follows tractor developments here didn't learn much new at all, but for non TBN viewers, I'm sure it was more informative. I didn't know Kubota has more implements in the works for the new BX quick attach FEL system. Curious to know what those will be. Maybe a real light weight grapple???

I'm happily retired now, but remember times in the corporate world when it was necessary to sit through hours or even days of generally useless meetings or "conferences" to glean a few "nuggets" of worthwhile information. Well, there were some "nuggets" in that show, too. One I heard was the Kubota brake pedals are going to the left side. The show did seem to be aimed at the "average consumer", not us "tractor fanatics".

You are correct. The brake on the left also caught my attention as it was the highlight of the show.:2cents:
