I was thinking about this thread. You might investigate what stopped the fuel filter up. Maybe check the hose clamp on your filler neck. Maybe the rubber washer on your cap. Might be worth wile to drain tank. I have seen a couple svl videos where the fuel line to the water separator gets clogged right at the water separator.

They already replaced his DPF system when it maybe is fuel injectors causing repeat failure of emmission systems. The OP has two problems: excessive water in fuel system and possible bad injector.

Was thinking the same thing. If it's a fuel problem, start at the source (what's in the tank), and follow the flow toward the combustion chamber until you find the problem.

The most obvious place for material to enter the fuel is from refueling. Sooner or later debris will find its way into the tank no matter how careful you are. The solution is to have a fine screen in the filler neck that stops anything but fuel from getting into the tank. However, this will not catch any downstream occurring contamination.
