none yet, leaning towards Kubota B2910
FYI, in today's Wall Street Journal, page A12, a brief article stated that a federal jury found Kubota did not infringe on a patent held by Deere & Co. Deere accused Kubota of copying the design of a "implement suspension mechanism" which was used to attach mowing equipment to a tractor. Deere sought up to $70 million in damages. The jury also decided that three of the five patent claims made by Deere on the invention were invalid.

That's one reason you always try to settle these patent infringements cases out of court. You go in thinking you have the upper hand, and all of a sudden a jury decides your patents aren't valid (and they probably lack the expertise to make that decision).

The other reason is to keep the lawyers from making all that money...

Yep, I remember something I heard a long time ago;

"You go into court like a pig and come out as Sausage."

PS
Keep leaning toward the 2910 I am really enjoying mine.
