kubota v1702 need help with valve adjustments ASAP

just got a new head on the engine now having problems with adjusting the valves. Can anyone please help me I need this machine running again so that I can stop renting one!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what information you need, intake 0.18, exhaust 0.22 I usually just rotate the engine in direction of rotation and watch the valves until it's on compression stroke and adjust both valves on that cylinder at that time.
