Kubota v2203 black smoke low power

I have a non turbo V2203 IDI in my kubota u45. It is blowing a lot of black smoke and has very little power. I have all new air and fuel filters. There is no blockage in the intake. The head is new
and valves adjusted properly. My compression cold test is 380psi in 3 cyl and one cyl is 340. Starts fairly easily and runs excellent. Almost no smoke when idiling or at any speed untill you start to
operate the machine. Then she rolls coal like a freight train. I have adjusted the fuel screw on front of govenor and it made a small improvement. I pulled the glow plugs looking for signs of a
bad injector and they all look the same. not wet, just even black.

im at a loss.

any ideas?

I have a bobcat 325 mini excavator that is doing exactly what you are describing. Would you be willing see if I could contact the guy you sold it to? Just got mine out of the shop today and they are stumped. They tested all the hydraulics and I have determined that is not the problem. I would like to reach out to the guy that purchased it if he would be OK with that?.

Usually a sign of a plugged air filter or something in the intake tract. I have filter minder on both of mine that I ignore anyway.
