Brush Hogged
Mowed
Cleared Trails
Spread Gravel
Knocked Down Buildings
Moved Buildings
Pulled Old Culverts

Just used for transport and temporary hanging!

Nice tractor & nice buck. Do you think that the trailer is heavy enought to transport both. 7mm-08 is a nice round, what distance and what weight bullet?

140g bullet, was using Remington factory rounds- their Premier version. I was using scent and had rattled for 3 minutes just before 8. Then I got hungry and decided to eat a sandwich. I was eating and watching and looked 90 degrees to my left through some trees and saw an ear and an antler.

In the next second and a half the following happen:
-will he come into the open or travel the edge of the drop-off to the creek? Decided he would not come into the open.
-Saw his shoulder for a shot.
-Set down my sandwich and picked up my rifle. Rifle was on my right, deer was to the left!
-As I put the rifle up I no longer could see any of his head but I could still see his shoulder!
-BOOM, dropped like a stack of potatoes!

Happened so fast I never even got an adrenaline rush!

He was only about 35 yards away.

I do love hunting!
