Kubota ZD28 Mower Quits

Hi. My Kubota ZD28 quits when the control arms are brought together. I replaced the control arm safety switches and this didn't help. I suppose it could be the seat safety switch, but it does not seem like the mower would start at all if the seat safety switch were bad. Anybody have any ideas about this problem? Thanks.

Where is the brake petal, depressed?

I will start the mower with brake engaged, sitting on seat, PTO off, and control arms out. I release the brake, and it keeps running. As soon as I move the control arms in, it quits. Relative to your question, it will not start if the brake is not engaged (and PTO off, sitting on seat with control arms out).

Sorry. Went back and checked and it wii start with brake engaged and with it disengaged. So looks like break switch bad. Also, it dissent quit when it's running, when I get off seat, so it seems seat switch bad too. Would either of these bad switches make it quit when control arms engaged? Thanks.
