Here is another thought, don't run any kind of additive. I usually only run it in the winter when I'm worried about my fuel gelling.
Good detective work, BlacknTan. Valvoline was under the radar for me and now it's worth a look.

Looks like this might be an exact match. I thought the posted picture kind of resembled a Pyroil bottle.
I too use Stanadyne Fuel Treatment and have had zero problems in 12 years.
