I purchased a set of the Pats system through Agrisupply about 4 years ago. They are the black "economy" version. The spring on the top of one of them broke a couple of weeks ago when I was putting the rear blade on the tractor to get ready for snow. I finally remembered this morning to call them to see about getting a replacement. After taking my name and address, she said she would put them in the mail today and I should have them in a couple of days. I said do you want my credit card number or will you just include an invoice. She said, "Oh no, no charge for springs."
It shouldn't be a shock when you get such good customer service, but it usually is. As Tom Peters said in In Search of Excellence, If you provide good customer service, you won't have to worry about the competition, you won't have any.
