When last used, my 3-point lift worked fine. Now, is down, and will not budge.
Checked HTF level and added 2 quarts fluid. No change in operation.
Does the hydraulic system require bleeding (as the fuel system does when changing fuel filter) if the HTF gets below a certain level? If so, where is the bleed point?
