Price Check L 3940 HST

I don't know about the price, but the L3940 is a very nice tractor.

I actually saw my first "faded Kubota" today. I had an appointment south of where I usually shop and dropped by a Case/Kubota dealership and saw a 3540 and 3940 sitting by some new tractors and boy what a difference. Where I shop, nothing stays around long enough to fade.

A third function on the front would be a nice addition and very handy if you think you would run a grapple.
As for digging with a bucket, in my opinion, it is though to do. I have a backhoe and it great to dig our and area and use loader to remove dirt. I also use the backhoe to dig out trees and then grapple to move them.

It appears the prices you're giving are without a loader. You mention getting a 4in1 bucket so I assume you're getting a loader. I'd get them to price it as a package deal. If the dealer has faded out Kubota's it probably means he's not moving much equipment, our dealer can't keep them on the lot long enough to fade. Our L3940 has enough power to do whatever we need it to do, you're going to lose traction before running out of power. We've been getting some good topsoil from the woods that was piled there at least 40-50 years ago when a pasture was cleared and it will fill the bucket without a toothbar, we have a toothbar but don't always take the time to put it on.

Thats a good price $25,000 cash, ours was $25,200 last spring with no rear remotes. Remotes are going to cost us $850 plus pick up and delivery. I'd go for the cash deal.

It seems like a fair price on the tractor...about 15% off. (need to verify the tires to be sure) but no so good on the loader. The Kubota web page shows the loader as follows:
Loader $3,913.00
Loader Bucket $677.00
Loader Quick Coupler $443.00

I get $5033 when totaled. Dealer is asking $5100 for LA724 with standard bucket and quick attach coupler. Where is the difference in the two?
