L2250 headlights

Is there a trick to get the headlights to come on? I replaced both bulbs and have power to the light receptacles as well, but when turning the dial they don't light up. I just bought this tractor and the front was damaged a little. The dash lights aren't working either.

Please excuse my ignorance but where are the fuses located on this one?
