In NE Oklahoma, my L3400HST-F w/ FEL & R4 tires was $16.8K (delivered 10/26/2007). I couldn't get the dealer to drop the price down (his price was within $200 of everyone else in the state that I contacted), but I did get several hundred dollars of extras tossed in.
