L2800 pto question

as you know i already have an L 3400 my mom is going to get a L 2800. the question is what is the differance between transmission drive with overrunning clutch vs live-continuous running on the pto

I have an earlier version of that, the L2500, that has the same overrunning pto. Depending upon which implements you use, this is not a very user friendly option. Every time you push in the clutch to shift gears, back up, slow down, your pto stops, and then abruptly starts as soon as you let the clutch out.
