L2900 Headlight Replacements? (LED)

Does anyone know if there is drop in LED replacement headlight bulb for the L Series tractors? I've seen older threads where people asked but didn't get a solid answer... Was wondering if anyone ever found a solution? The bulbs have a flange around the base and they seem to be A-3603 bulbs that are also used in snowmobiles and motorcycles. But I haven't found an LED replacement yet.

I've looked online recently for LED lights for my L4400 and have had no luck. There were some that said they would work, but the photos didn't match up at all. Buyer beware! Seems the Chinese are dumping loads of bulbs on the market with no idea whether they will work.
I'd love to have some that did though

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the LED headlights for anyone else that was looking to replace their A-3603 bulbs. After doing some research, I found that the A-3603 bulbs have a P1525d base, which is also shared by the T19 bulbs. I was able to find many LED T19s on ebay, shipping from China with a 3-4 week wait. I found one company in California that carried LED T19's and they work great! Here is a link to the bulbs:

I tried taking some pictures to illustrate the difference, but my camera didn't do the lights justice. I would estimate that they are 4-5 times brighter than the stock bulbs and I can see probably twice as far ahead of my tractor.

Wow...80 watts is a lot of draw for a tractor it seems. Do you know what the stock lights were? Just wondering if the wires/alternator are up to the task? Did you see if the wires got hot after using the bulbs?

I totally blanked when I ordered these... didn't even think to look at the wattage (since the ebay versions were comparable to what I had). Stock bulbs were 25 watts. Looks like these will have to come out and it's back to the drawing board. Glad you caught that!

Good work tracking them down!! I looked on Amazon, and they all come from China. I agree 80W might be too much, heck it might melt the lenses.

I bought them for my Sc2450 Cub / Yanmar tractor. they are really bright. Had them in for about a year.

Any concerns with them being a higher wattage than the stock bulbs? (50w vs 25w)?

I wouldn't worry about heat as the stock bulb has two 25w elements (25w high and 25w low), not sure about the wiring.
