L2900 Hydraulic leak - Help!

I have a L2900DT-GST (4wd) and while plowing snow a couple of weeks ago I noticed hydraulic fluid dripping from the bottom of engine, front drive shaft and clutch housing drain port. The only symptoms were the power steering seemed sloppy. I parked the tractor and put a pan under it to catch the hydraulic fluid. At least 3 gal of fluid was in the pan before stopped dripping.
I've added more fluid but it keeps just dripping out.
I have also tried to locate the leak but can't find its source. I've looked at the power steering lines from base of steering column to the front cyl.
Where else should I be looking? Is it possible for the hydraulic fluid to leak from inside the clutch housing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The front of the transmission/sump has a bore through which the drive shaft to the front wheel drive passes. There is a sheet metal cover around the shaft.

The lip type oil seal in the transmission/sump bore that seals the drive shaft is prone to working out of its bore, apparently because the bore was machined a bit oversize and the seal is not a tight fit.

You may be able to slide the cover forward enough to see the seal. Kubota makes a kit to fix the problem; it modifies the drive shaft cover so that it presses against the oil seal to keep it from working out of the bore.
