L3010 - Anyway to speed up the hydraulics?

I have a Woods loader on my Kubota and I am happy with it. Now that my proficiency with it has improved and I have a small dump truck that I often load - I am wishing the loader were faster. Same with my PTO hydraulic system on my backhoe. Even running at 2000 rpm at the motor - the hydraulics seem slow.

Is there a relatively easy way to improve implement speed without having to race the motor?

If there any chance you are operating the loader (or backhoe) with the backhoe (3PH) in the 'up' position?

Thats why mine was r e a l s l o w. I believe I am pretty proficient, and don't find the speed slows me down at all (now).

The 3PH is in the down position with the backhoe on. I don't think it matters what position it is in as it only consumes hydraulic fluid flow from the main tractor circuit when it is moving from one position to another.

After noodling around (or more accurately googling) I found that I get a big NO! when asking around for a bigger displacement pump for the tractors internal hydraulics. If anyone knows different, I am all ears. If this is the case, I am going to have to stick with a slow loader.

AS for the backhoe, I found a local hydraulics dealer that can get me the same series pump that I have (Eaton gear pump) with 23% more flow. I'll try the new pump next week. 23% more speed sounds about right.

Oh, it matters a whole lot wether the 3PH is up or down with the hoe. If its 'up' its sort of being blocked by the extra strong toplink. As a result, a bypass opens and you lose a big part of the internal hydraulics flow and/or pressure.
