L3130 sometimes won't start then just starts fine

I've got a l3130 with about 115hrs on it. Recently (this season) it will not start. It will turn over just fine but it seems like it isn't getting any fuel, then at random times it will just start right up and runs great. I thought it was the safety seat switch or maybe a fuel relay or something. The fuel filter and line are all clear. I hate to take it to the local dealer if it is something small. Any and all tips would be great!

How cold is it where you are at? Could it be the fuel is gelling and it starts when you try again when it's warmer? This would explain why it runs well after it starts.

John is right here but it could be the electric fuel shut off switch. Kubota diesels are one of the best starters out there and if you have fuel getting to the pump, it should start!

A safety switch will not let it crank to begin with!
