How long do you want to take? That B series could certainly do the mowing, just not as fast as the other tractors.
We went from a full size B series, to an L equivalent, for more power, larger mower, and larger loader. Our B series was a great tractor, but a bit underpowered. And, the loader was relatively small.
My wife was using a L3410HST at the nursery she worked at, and really liked the extra power, and bigger loader. So, we went searching the used market for an L3410, since we both agreed it would meet our needs. The day we sold the B8200HSTD, the used market like dried up.
Out of the blue, we happened upon a NH TC40D. 40 HP deluxe. It is bigger than the L3410, which was a little downside. But, it easily handles a 6' rotary in thick grass and brush, with power to spare. My wife really likes the 1/2 yard loader.
I keep up my five acres, and trailer down to take care of my Dad's 8 acres. It is great having the power. If you add in the extra 30 acres you talk about, I would really really be looking at the L3940. You could pull a 6' mower with that no problem.
Two other things I would recommend. Look at all the tractors. I still like Kubota, and Orange will be one of the first I will consider if we wind up in the market again. But, this NH is really nice...
The second thing, I could not afford to get another trailer. My 16' trailer barely holds the larger tractor. It holds the weight, but the tractor is long... At some point, I would like to upgrade to 10klbs 20'. Don't know if that will be a consideration if you upsize from the B series.

I have a discussion going in pricing, but thought I would seek some additional advice.
The 3940 is pushing the budget, my concern with the other two, is that I am not gaining enough HP to make the additional size worth the higher monthly payment.
We have 5 acreas and horses, finish mow 1-2 acreas of that, will have to bush hog the rest. Also have 30 additional acreas of horse pasture that i might take tractor to on occasion to bush hog move hay etc. All L series have same loader rating
B3200 32 hp 23 hp pto
L3940 40.5 hp 31-33 hp pto
