I just ordered this kit but the only thing in it is the two lower arms. How is it considered a 3pt hitch kit if it doesn稚 include all or even more than 20% of the whole hitch? Am I missing something or do I really have to buy piece by piece and spend the $1500

Suggest you call the seller to find out why the entire kit wasn't supplied.
When looking at the illustrated parts for this kit, it looks like all of the necessary linkages, clips, etc... are part of the L3961 Kit.

That is exactly what I needed to see! Why can’t they show that on the parts diagram when looking online? Everyone’s websites all show the part number but no picture is associated with it, so you never know what you are actually looking at. Thank you, sounds like there is either more boxes or kubota mis-marked the box.

The L3961 is not a part number, but an item number or something along those lines from wholegoods. Small technicality, but that is why pn look up doesn't work.
It can be found on online as that is where I got it. Just need to use Kubota Global Site and navigate to illustrated parts.

L3961 is an "Order Code". This is how it is referenced in the Wholegoods document the Sales department uses.
To the OP. Is there any further information you can share with the community?
Ok so I received the second box yesterday! Haven’t had time to open it yet but if anyone has to order the kit, make sure the dealer knows it has two boxes. One box with just the lower arms and a second box that is supposed to include the rest of the hitch including hardware. Hopefully i’ll have time to instal it this weekend to see how complete the kit is haha
