My local dealer has a screaming deal on an L3560 but it has the 555 loader. It would be almost $15k more to have him order one with the 805 loader. Will I regret it? I'm on 6 treed acres and have to take out some trees to make way for a pole barn, but after that it will be mostly brush cleanup, a bit of dirt leveling, and moving pallets around. I know that bigger is better but due to an ordering fiasco he has this unit at a bargain price. The trees I'm taking out aren't worth milling so I can cut the logs into sizes that the 555 loader can handle.

This is my first tractor so I'm not sure if I'll regret not spending $15k more for the heavier loader.

thats roughly 250kg more capacity which converts to 550 lbs. thats a lot more capacity, like almost 50% more, but If you can make do without, 15,000$ is a lot of money and can buy some nice attachments i've maxed out my la854 on my L4740 but that was with pallets of stone. most logs don't max out the lift capacity.

I have the 805 on my tractor, and it is nice to have. But $15,000-I wouldn’t pay that! If I can remember correctly it cost me 1200-1300 to upgrade the loader in 2018.
