Yea I messed up when I said CCM I ment to say WR long. I did some more checking Looks like the Wr long kit uses a Hyvair valve. I'm a little confused on the WR long site it says the valves are not sized to run Hyd. motor like a PHD but when I look at the Hyvair web site it looks like either a D03 or D05 valve the D03 hadles 25gpm D05 40 gpm Seems like that would work to me. The L39 is only rated at 11 gpm. I would like the valve to operate a thumb and also hyd. motor ie. PHD (not at the same time obviously) is this going to complicate my valve selection? I was also looking at the eaton victor valve at surplus center here=

but they have two different valves with open centers one with work ports blocked in Neutral (for DA cylinders) and one with all work ports open in neutral (for Hyd. motors) If I purchase the one with work ports blocked does that just mean I would have to hold down the button in order for the PHD to spin (no big deal to me) the only problem I see with this valve is its only rated for 10.5 gpm does that mean do not exceed 10.5 gpm input or does it mean 11 gpm in and 10.5 gpm out? I know its only .5 gpm I just dont want to blow anything up. The hyvair valve is also sold in the same configuration as far as the work ports go so I may just purchase that one. Can someone explain the differance between the open and closed center for me? Does it have to be open center to allow hyd. fluid from the other valves in the system to flow through it back to the tank?
