L3940 HST package

Hi everyone, new to the forum, been reading for about a month now.
Need to upgrade from my JD 950 2wd. Will be doing dirt work for an arena and road, mowing, manure and road maintenance 11.5 acres total. Live in southern texas. With help from advice the threads I've been reading I came up with a package and here is the quote I received from the dealer:

L3940 HST ag tires $17,300
LA 724 loader with std bucket and quick attach 4,400
sunshade 400
Total 22,100

Implement pkg

Land pride QH 15 quick hitch 475
L.P. BB1572 BOX BLADE 700
L.P. RBT 1572 rear blade 675
L.P. PD 25 PHD w 6 and 9 augers 1290
L.P. RCR 1872 cutter 1695

Went with land pride cause of the Kubota financing available.
Would appreciate any advice I could get.

Sorry everyone, made a mistake. The tractor price was 18,550 for the 3940 HST.
