Do I have to break the tractor in 1/2 to remove the oil pan, or will it just drop out?

Thanks for all the info, I am looking at used & remanufactured, some priced quite reasonably. How much trouble is it to adapt say a reefer of skid steer loader engine to the tractor application.

You will have to split it to get the crank out.

Looked at used/remanufactured market, pretty sure that's the way I'll go. The L4350's been a good tractor for my general ranching purposes and sure want to get it up and running. Thanks for all your help.
