I have a l 4610 with a Denso 3 wire alternator that's not charging. I've got 12.89 volts at the battery and 11.5 volts at both wires plugged into the alternator. The wire feeding back to the battery has 11.8 volts at idle and around 13.2 if i rev it. The alternator light is staying on at idle and rev'd. I have a new alternator and an old one and both are giving the same symptoms. Ive cleaned the cables and the frame where the ground mounts. I removed the fuse block and cleaned the ground behind it. Any ideas?
