Its a hydro shuttle. You do not have to push on the clutch to go from foward to reverse. I'm disabled and I can work all day and do precision work with the loader without ever using either of my legs. I've worked on my farm and have way over 1000 hours on the GST trans (three GST tractors) and I've never had to clutch with my leg/pedal.
