I had a hydraulic line blow on my LA211 Saturday after using it 4 hours straight cleaning snow off driveway. I replaced the "Power Beyond" hose last year, and the middle "Pump" hose failed at the disconnect Saturday. Looks like I should just replace them all. Just called local dealer and he said bring in the bad hose and they would make a new one while I wait. I looked online briefly to try to find a complete replacement hose kit, but didn't find any. Any suggestions?

I have found the dealer hoses were the cheapest in my area. I had CARQUEST fab a hose for me and it cost twice what my dealer charged. Since then I use OEM. My original hoses are 13 years old now and as they fail I go to the dealer. I know they fit and last.

My dealer's prices for "made while you wait" hoses are competitive with local hydraulic shops. I use whichever I am closest to at the time. Just take in the old hose and they can build a new one in a jiffy.

My Kubota dealer also makes all of the hydraulic hoses right in his shop. But I generally take a blown hose into Napa and they make a heavy duty new one to perfect specs. Expensive - yes. Better quality - yes.

You might try Messick's since they carry just about every tractor part there is. Not sure about FEL hydraulic hoses though. You also might try ordering through your local dealer if you can stand the delay.

I track the parts from my three tractors on eBay and, in the 10 or so years of getting daily emails about parts listings, I've never once seen a set of hydraulic hoses. Actually, I've never even seen as much as one hose.

It is pretty common to make hoses-think about it, a dealer can stock bulk hose in several diameters, an assortment of fittings, and be able to service anything. In live in a rural area with plenty of farms, loggers, etc.. There must 10 different shops within 15 miles of me that can make a hydraulic hose, often while you wait.

Just replaced all hoses on fel, got them at TSC cost 10.00 to 12.00 each, shop wanted 30.00 plus each. Just can not see at much for them.

Thanks for all your replies. I did find an "All Parts Index" pdf file online for the LA211 loader, with exploded views of hoses and the actual Kubota part numbers for each one. I did have my first replacement hose done at NAPA and it was a heavier hose than the original. Will need to check out TSC, sounds like a real cost savings if I replace every hose on the loader.

Yes, I agree. The LA211 hoses do seem prone to failure but then so do the power steering hoses on the BX2200. I've had a BX2200 for 15 years now and bought 2 others for other people. Two of the three have had at least one hydraulic hose fail with under 700 hours (some under 400 hours.) I've replaced some myself (when reasonably accessible) and had the dealer do it (when dismantling the tractor was required.) Surprise to me: There is a bewildering variety of hose connectors instead of 4 or 5 standard ones. The industry really needs to standardize on a small number. For some unexplained reason the larger tractors (e.g. Kubota B2150, JD 4700, and MF 2660) never seem to fail ... saying that at risk of jinxing myself! The dealer hoses have always been much more expensive in my experience.
