Loader LA402 question

On the joy stick mount there is a lever that has two positions
One has a picture of a open lock the other a closed lock.
It is in the open position I tried moving to the other position but
it didnt want to move. The loader works fine.

It locks the joy stick when pushed to the picture of the closed lock. That's to keep your loader from moving when you don't want it to. Needs some lube to get it moving.

You might have to take the black plastic cover off to clean up and move the lever. That is what I had to do.
