I have a Kubota 482 Loader on a 3130 it is a year old and now the up and down arms for the loader are very slow the bucket curl wrks fine, if I push the stick up in the float position the bucket does fall quickly but other than that up and down are very slow, I did call the dealer he rec. that I change filter and oil which I did still did not help, any suggestions before i have them come get to service.

The first thing I would check would be the 3pt lever. If the 3pt lever is out of adjustment and in the full up position it will have these same symptoms. Put the 3pt lever all the way down and see if this changes anything.
If this is not the problem could you give us more info.
Do you have any other implements hooked up?
Does it do it all the time?
Hot/cold?
What is the last thing you did before it happened?

There are some prior threads on this issue (always good to check, saves waiting for an answer if and when the right person comes online).
Anyhow, many Kubota FEL control levers, including that on the 482 (which I have), do not stay in adjustment well. Twice since I've gotten the tractor (210 hours), I've had to fiddle with the small adjustment nut on the UP/DOWN control arm. Try it - you'll, relatively shortly, figure out which way to adjust it, and can fine tune to what you want. I haven't figured out how to keep the adjustment stable (tried the locktite stuff - nope), but maybe it's a slowly moving target as the device wears out - ask me again in the Spring, when I've got more hours on the unit.
Yup, there's other potential problems, like metal filings in the hydraulic fluid, and so on - but the MOST likely issue on Kubotas is the darn control lever adjustment nut.

The hydraulics on the tractors have what is known as a "power beyond" circuit. So if the 3 pt lever is partially engaged, it will affect anything beyond that valve. If it is anything like the bx22 the 3 pt valve is the first in the circuit.

hope that helps..

According to the WSM schematics, the 3pt is the LAST in line. The pump sucks from the reservoir then is plumbed into the loaders hydraulic outlet block, then to the rear Aux hydraulic outlet, and then to the 3pt.

The power beyond outlet on the loader valve simply allows the high pressure fluid to continue the circuit if one of the valve spools is actuated. Low or zero pressure fluid from the valve is exhausted back to the reservoir tank via the valves "out" or "tank" outlet.
