Well, today we graded all our roads with the GS1572 and my box blade rippers, and it did fantastic. I'm glad I didn't get the larger one, but I do wish it was heavier, especially on our super hard packed gravel. But, compared to the box blade, this thing is a dream. We made the passenger side lower to take the humps out of the road, then leveled it back up and made a few more passes, it it made for a perfectly graded road. I use 4wd, because when it loads up, it would just spin the rear tires. Overall, very happy with the purchase other than not having the rippers. I might even weld some 1/2" plate on it for more weight.

This weekend I'll be using mine on a hard packed limerock road ... first time trying it on such ... & I have the weights from my old weight set ready to be added if necessary: Two 45 pounders, two 35 pounders & two 25 pounders = 210. If I need them, I'll be interested to see if I can even pull it! It'll be just over 800 lbs at that point.
