I was looking at a Befco (without clutch), but decided on a Land Pride 58" with clutch for the same $$. The unit looks rugged enough and certainly heavy enough....

Anyone care to share their experiences with these?

Thanks!

JT94,

I have one that I use on the back of my JD 4100. It has performed very well and it does the job it was designed to do. Mine came with a slip clutch and it did it's job last year when the tines picked up a rock.

I think that you will be happy with your purchase.

Terry

Thanks Terry for your reply. I had to have the PTO shaft shortened by 3" to fit on my Kubota, so hopefully I'll be a tilling fool this holiday weekend!

JT94,
That is the tiller I have on my L3000DT. Works great. Used mine on some turf that had not been turned over in over30 years. Took two passes but it came out really nice. I have been dying to go to my property in Wis. to make more food plots but it has been too wet. :(. Hoping for next week though. Good luck. Marty
