Land Pride Backhoe

I have found a Clean used Land Pride backhoe. I dont have a huge use for one but Im sure I could find it handy for certain things... biggest thing is price is right. Its the small one that mounts on the Cat 1 hitch. What uses have you found for these little backhoes. Have you found it as something you use a lot or just easier to go rent one. Also do any of you have any experience with the Land Pride version.
