What would be a fair price for a new 15 Series Fixed Bar Box Scrapers from Land Pride? Maybe the 54/60 inch size frame. I plan to use it for leveling gravel on a lane and various other dirt leveling and landscaping. I will connect it to a BX2200. Thanks!

Carver Equipment's web site lists the 1560 at $520.00. Carver is about as fair priced as anyone, so I would think that should give you an idea.

My advice for what it is worth is to get a 48 inch box scraper, the BX will run out of traction too fast with anything wider. Having said that, I've looked at the 48 inch Landpride for $300. But I bought the Woods GB48 at $400. After extensive use I can say that it really works well behind the BX2200. It is about 395 lbs so it bites and rips immediately in hard ground and will not float over the high spots. It is extremely well built and easy to adjust, nothing against Landpride but the Woods is just a more solid unit due to the steel thickness used, 3/16 vs. 1/4 inch and reinforced 1/2 inch steel runners.

I agree with the 48". I just received my BB1548 landpride, and it is a lot larger than I expected. It does cover the tires by about 2 inches on each side. It was about $500 delivered, for some reason the smaller BB seem to be more expensive than the larger ones. I have seen several posts on TBN about BX owners with 60" that had to end up selling it because the tractor can't get enough traction to pull it once it starts loading up with material.

I too decided on the Land Pride BB1548 for my Kubota B7610. I didn't want to get too much blade for my tractor. It should work well for my needs. I got mine for $465

i have the 60" land pride box scraper for my 7610. depending on what i am doing i can get it to bog it down pretty good. (mainly with the rippers all the way down and a full box)

i agree...this would definitely be too big for a bx. for some things it would probably be too big for the 7610, but for most of what i use it for, the extra width is really nice and it works well.
