Landscaping: Rocks around my pond.

Not sure what you mean. I dont see how I am destroying it by hauling a few tons of rocks each time. Well within the capacity it was designed for.

BTW, I also plow snow, tow a 25' GN trailer, and haul about 25 cord of wood a year. So I suppose thats destroying it as well. :confused2:

Looks nice. Rocks are vary rare and extremely expensive here, so they are not used very often. I love how nice and clean it looks all around your pond. I bet that deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee!!!

And yep, I start my morning down there feeding the duck. When he gets hungry, he comes all the way up to the house, and the one dog is just itching to have him for breakfast. So I have to run him back to the pond and give him some food.

There is definatally no shortage of rocks up here. Almost an unlimited supply if you just talk to the locak farmers and rummage through the rock piles. Makes me wonder about the ads I see on craigslist, if people are actually getting any buyers???

Certainly no shortage of people trying though. $104 per ton :shocked: I would have spent nearly $1500 if I had to pay for these stones:laughing:
