Last payment !!!!!

Last night I opened the mailbox to see a letter from Kubota. I eagerly opened it to read that it was the close out / maturity letter for my loan. What a great feeling.... I finally own the Bota and it could not come at a better time. My wife and are are expecting our first child... ultrasound tech said we are having a baby girl!! I am so happy, excited and emotional right now, I can't concentrate on work.
So.... the pictures below are some of the landscaping that I have accomplished with my wife and the bota.

Congrats! I'll be a pinkslip owner in about 5-6 months! I can't wait. I bought it on the zero interest plan, have been BOMBING it with payments...hope to have it paid for before August! It will be a great feeling.

Nice home and landscaping. I don't have any flower type plants in my yard...they seem like so much work. But, looking at someone else's yard who has them...it sure is nice!

Yup, Della is a 1 year old terror of a German Short Haired Pointer. The hunting instinct in her is unbelievable. She has take out several rabbits, a groundhog and a few birds right out of the air. Whereas my 3 year old Weimeraner was bred as a show dog and you can tell. Nyah sits and watches Della chase after other animals and could care less. All she wants is to be next to my wife and me. I attached a picture of both of them.

BTW, we almost didn't see that beautiful tractor of yours. It's hiding near the house on the first picture. You have to show us a beauty shot of it too before the jealousy spreads between the dogs and the tractor. Congrats

Congrats first and foremost to you and your wife on your first born!
Congrats secondly on getting the Bota payed off. My last payment isn't due until next year. 0% intrest is like free money so I'm in no hurry to make extra payments to KCC.
Third, thanks for sharing the picks. You have a nice looking home and I'm sure the B7800 will cut down those wildflowers in no time at all!
