So it looks like you can load it, hook your bucket on it, detach the bucket and pick up the trailer, then take it wherever you need it and dump it? Set it down, put your bucket back on and spread out the dumplings?

WOW!!! Looks really big, too. Any idea of the volume of the cart?

Hans,
Thanks for the update are there more than one size of these carts?

Mr. M.R. for cubic feet please see my post before, thanks. the rod sticking out (as seen in the back side picture of the dumper) allows you to dump without leaving the seat, but still allows you to control how much you want to dump in one place, by how high you lift the trailer. or you can manually control the distribution by how wide you open the tailgate as demoed in the last two pictures on their site.

Will do. Charlie is also working/helping me on a way to get smaller amounts of mulch in tighter spaces via the pt conveyance. i will contribute the stuntdriving, the 10 cubic feet light matl. pt bucket, i have two of them.

Yep, Sean showed me that when I visited there; pretty neat idea for a place to put the bucket while you have the power dumper hooked up, and you should be able to swap back and forth pretty quickly.

Very /w3tcompact/icons/cool.gif...Guess I would call it the "trip" saver...
that is, anywhere from 3 to 6 trips ((4 to 7,-1 for the trailer itself)for 4xx machines depending on material density and bucket used /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif...

Judging by the tires, I'm guessing this is not roadworthy...wouldn't it be nice to take it down to the local gravel "store" to satisfy a quick chore.

Thank you for the update.

Good observation! earlier statements from pt personnel was 1000 pounds for the 4xx series and 1200 pounds for the bigger boys, like Sedgwood, Charlie and our newest big boy Raras (i hope i spelled that right) and company. this will beat the double wheeled borrows of recent days.

Lemme see; 42 cu ft = ~1-1/2 cu yard at ~3,000 lbs/yard... darn, this thing is for the fluffy stuff they use in bubenberg country. What happened to the two ton jobby I need?

You're right; it's not intended for road use, but if I remember right, I think Sean said something about building them in the future so they would be.

what size ball do they use for the trailer hitch or do they not use one?

the package includes the extra quick attach plate and the hitch ball (1 7/8"). so in reality the dumper is only about $875.00. we bought the largest Trac Vac trailer for our leaf cleaning. that was around $1000.00 and not as versatile as pt's power dumper.
