LB1914 stopped running fuel light on

I was using my Kioti a few days ago in 20 degree weather and the fuel light came on. it continued to run fine for 20 minutes and so i thought it must be some minor problem. but then it lost power and would only idle for about 5 minutes and shut off. the tank is full and there is no leaks. i tried turning and pumping the little manual primer and it started again and seemed to be fine for about 2 minutes and shut off again. can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it? thanks.

Maybe your fuel is gelled up in the filter or lines? Try some deisel 911 conditioner in the red can. Or put it somewhere warm..
ps I don't know what the light indicates.

I believe jake98 has it right get it in where it is warm and clean up the fuel you have either water or gel. I alway use a diesel anti freeze. The ratio cut is hard to do for the small volume of tractors because the can gives truck tank volumes. Simple ratio and proportion will solve the volume.

I'm guessing the light indicates low fuel pressure. Have to agree with the gel/contamination theory. I'd replace the filter, condition the fuel and hope for the best.
